About Me

Mark Adams, Michigan Premier Real Estates Valuation (BPO) Specialist for the Metropolitan Detroit Area, has been a real estate professional since 2002. He began his career in real estate as a Buyer’s Agent for a full service company located in Clarkston, Michigan. He was instrumental in getting this company involved in the REO industry by completing BPO’s for Asset Management Companies needing valuation services for assets they were managing.

Mark developed a diverse experience in single family residences, condominiums and multi-family dwellings. This knowledge motivates him to understand the needs of each client. In addition, Mark has a Limited Appraisal License to further his knowledge of property analysis.  Mark is a member of the National Association of Broker Price Opinion Professionals (NABPOP). Mark’s proven track record in property analysis has allowed him to work with his Asset Management Clients in listing, marketing and selling the properties assigned to him.  His professionalism is the trademark to his success. 

Mark’s knowledge of the Southeast Michigan marketplace allows him to provide accurate and reliable valuations for industry leaders such as Clear Capital and Goodman Dean. Mark is a dedicated and motivated real estate professional, capable of completing over 100 BPO's per month.
