About Me

Dixie Gannon when asked if she is from the south, smiles and replies from south of Grand Rapids. I moved to the metro area in 1980 with a Republic airlines transfer. When looking to settle in the area I wanted to school myself on one of the biggest purchases I have ever made. I studied, tested and applied for my Real Estate license. It has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. I was always good at monopoly and the concept of who has the most homes wins. I quickly understood! I purchased a home in Livonia and rented a room to a co-worker. I had enough in 6 months to buy a 2 unit house in Plymouth. The rent paid for my mortgage. Since then, I have purchased 7 homes and have made a substantial profit on all.

I did take some time off to raise 4 awesome kids. 2 done 2 to go. :-) I have been a landlord since the early 80's and have always stayed current in Real Estate. I just love it!
